1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and 077pub ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company") governing your access to and use of the 077pub website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You possess full legal capacity to enter into this binding Agreement. You are not subject to any legal disability, guardianship, conservatorship, or other condition that would impair your ability to enter into contracts.

2.4 Account Uniqueness

You do not currently hold, and will not create, more than one account on the Platform. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.5 Self-Exclusion Status

You are not currently self-excluded from gambling activities through 077pub, PAGCOR, or any other regulatory authority or responsible gaming program.

2.6 Criminal History

You have not been convicted of, or are not currently under investigation for, any offense related to money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other financial crime.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. Required information typically includes:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification;
• Date of birth;
• Valid email address;
• Mobile phone number;
• Residential address;
• Preferred username and secure password;
• Preferred currency (PHP).

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

You may request withdrawal of your account balance (excluding any bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the terms outlined in this section. 5.5 Dormant Account Fees

Accounts with a balance that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for twelve (12) consecutive months will be subject to a monthly dormant account maintenance fee of ₱500 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is less, until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or staff;

• Any other activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8.2 Account Suspension and Closure

If your account is closed for reasons other than prohibited conduct, we will return your withdrawable balance (excluding bonuses and associated winnings) to you via your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding fees or charges.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 077pub, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Any content obtained from the Platform;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Software errors, bugs, viruses, or technical malfunctions;
• Interruption or cessation of the Platform.

In no event shall 077pub's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to 077pub in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or ₱10,000, whichever is less.

16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and 077pub. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

16.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and 077pub regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
